Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your only chance to create a positive impact on buyers from a street perspective. The good and bad features that jump out at buyers create their first thoughts about your house and how you upkeep house's regular maintenance.
Acknowledging this assists us in deciding what we can do to invite buyers from the street and into your house. If your home's exterior isn't up to par with retouched paint and colorful greenery we'll need to address those issues. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and increase your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Does your home seem to say, "This is Your Next House" to a buyer? Touring your place with a critical eye, I'll advise you of adjustments that improve sales appeal.
I'll help you take away things that give the illusion of clutter. Table and counter tops should be neatly arranged. Knickknacks, sentimental items, family photos, and refrigerator works of art should get moved out of sight. We need to "generalize" the place so buyers can imagine it as their new place.
I know exactly what a room's best characteristics are and how to highlight them. Areas that directly affect your sale price include easy-to-fix items like pieces of furniture that should get removed, rooms that need fresh paint, carpet that needs to be steamed, fixtures that need replacing, and windows that need washing
I'll make sure that your home has mass appeal and that it's friendly, staying away from "loud" or "too-bright" shades on the walls and furniture. And if you've already moved out, you can try temporary furnishings. The goal is for your home to look inviting as opposed to cold and empty.

Setting the Stage
You'll know when you're ready to show your house, because all of the changes come together to create a picture of what buyers will expect after they close on your house. Lighting is critical and we'll open curtains, and reduce shadows where needed to welcome the buyer. We'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music playing softly and assure a pleasing fragrance flows from every room. We'll incorporate cozy-looking bedspreads, and place pillows on your loveseat and bed. We want buyers to feel like your house has the potential to be. |
